WorkflowROI is a self-serve calculator and optional estimate-interest tool. Calculator inputs are processed in the browser for the free estimate. The public calculator form records interest only and does not start checkout.

Information processed

• Calculator values such as order volume, ticket volume, review volume, reporting hours, and hourly value.
• Optional launch-notification email intent submitted through Netlify Forms and mirrored locally in the browser for QA.
• Optional estimate-interest submissions through Netlify Forms, including aggregate estimate fields such as manual cost, estimated savings, and saved hours.
• Aggregate validation events such as calculator completion, recommendation clicks, and report CTA clicks may be submitted through Netlify Forms.
• Local analytics event hooks may record event names and aggregate estimate values when an analytics provider is connected.

Information not requested

Do not enter customer names, order IDs, payment data, API keys, passwords, or other sensitive business information into the calculator.

Checkout and delivery

WorkflowROI keeps Dodo payment verification and report delivery available for historical or explicitly approved paid report links. The public calculator lead form does not request a manual sales call and does not start Dodo checkout. External AutoFlowKit links send visitors to a separate site with its own checkout and privacy handling.
